I’m new to the sustainability of websites. I believe it takes a lot of energy to run the internet. Hosting all these sites is an environmental issue now. When I started out digital was meant to be the way you were green.
I ran a test on the Website Carbon Calculator. Only 0.13g of CO2 is produced every time someone visits my site. But apparently, I could be using greener hosting. Might need to speak to the good folks at Media Temple. Maybe we can offset the carbon impact and plant a few trees.
