The challenge was consolidating various platforms, launching a new app, and refreshing the brand to align with its new market position.

We consolidated all platforms into one centralised website, providing users with seamless access to all banking services.

I unified all Nedbank’s platforms into one cohesive digital ecosystem, streamlining user experiences and making banking more accessible.

The new mobile app provided a user-friendly interface, integrating multiple banking services to help customers manage their finances more efficiently.

The brand was refreshed with a new visual identity, applied consistently across all platforms, reinforcing Nedbank’s innovative and customer-centric approach.

We created a digital ecosystem for both external customers and internal teams, improving operational efficiency and aligning processes.
