My approach was to introduce a structured design system, streamline operations, develop design processes, and create a culture of collaboration.
I created MO_DS, a design system with wireframing and UI kits. This system standardised components and accelerated project delivery by aligning design and engineering teams.
I introduced design workshops as part of our function to enhance collaboration and communication with clients and internal teams. I also participated in these workshops to support the design process.
I developed a comprehensive design training program that empowered team members, fostering skill growth and ensuring everyone was aligned with our design vision..
