The challenge
Taos Ski Valley is a world-class destination with year-round appeal, but their digital experience didn’t reflect that. The site was difficult to navigate, seasonally inconsistent, and didn’t support booking in a user-friendly way.
My role
I led the redesign with a focus on structure, adaptability, and clarity. The new platform introduced season-based content switching, real-time weather updates, and streamlined booking tools, all optimised for mobile.
What we made
Content was reorganised into modular components, simplifying navigation and making updates faster for the internal team. Visual language and interaction design were kept deliberately clean to support both brand and usability.


The impact
The result was a flexible, responsive platform that supported the full experience of Taos, whether visitors were planning their winter holiday or their summer escape.
