Role
I led the UX and interface design across EVO’s web and mobile products, managed the cross-functional teams and developed the design system that kept the experiences for landlords, tenants and tradespeople consistent.
Challenge
Most property platforms served one audience. EVO needed to connect landlords, tenants and tradespeople across the property lifecycle while giving each group an experience shaped around its own needs.
Solution
We designed a real-time dashboard, mobile apps and tenant-first workflows, then connected them through one design system. The platform was built to remain modular, fast and consistent as the service grew.
Impact
EVO gained a scalable platform that brought its users and operations together. It streamlined the work behind the service while making property management feel less transactional and more human.
